updated firmware on Nokia N95

I just updated the firmware on my nokia n95 8gig and my shortcut buttons wont work for my contacts and messages i would usually use the 2 blue buttons over the call button and end call button but when i press them noting happens . i checked the user manual but couldnt find anything . anyone any idea's how to get these back…
