Right, well I've been finished for a day and as of 8pm today everyones finished soooo...whats the sceal with results? Would I be right in assuming that theyll be out sometime around June 10th?

    http://www.ucd.ie/students/keydates.htm
Going by ^ it took 10 days after the end of the 'exam process' for the results to come out after Christmas, will it take longer/shorter/be roughly the same this time around?

I didnt get my results till July 9th last year if my cameras drunken timestamps tell the correct story, would be awesome if they actually came out in early/mid June this year :D

Is it really going to be that late. I heard from one of the lecturers they have to have the results onto gradebook by may 23rd. Surely it won't take 3 weeks then? Do they still do exam boards?

Not all exams are finished by today, mine are waaaaay behind that.

Externs and exam boards are the week of the 26th.

A day for bad news then...:(

    Of course. Why wouldn't they?

with GPAs i didn't think they could move people up or down grades through exam boards anymore.

I don't want my results... isn't it more the taking part than the winning that they take into account...? :(

I wish it was Dave, everyone's a winner then, degrees and miniature American flags for all.

What exactly do these fine exam board individuals do? can they move people to a better grade? that would be nice!

    want my grades now!>_<

All I know is for my interview they'll start off asking me about my thesis then move onto other areas. AFAIK and this could just be for my particular course there will be an opportunity to move up a grade if you're between them say 59%.

That hasn't been confirmed though it's just hearsay and what I've heard off previous years and could of course be different for other courses.
