    What would happen if you downloaded that, reversed it in Audacity, so that it's the right way around? Would that be piracy?

    It says "Enter your details below and ypoc eerf ruoy teg" which looks to me like a straight swap of your personal data for a free copy (at whatever bitrate it is) of the download. Free implies you can listen to it however you like, but copyright would prevent you sharing the re-reversed soundtrack.
