Looking for Ernie Ball Bass Strings

I'm looking for a set of Ernie Ball 'Super Slinky' Bass strings; Specifically a five string set with the measurements: .050 - .135 (They come in a dark purple packet). I've tried all the shops in Dublin city centre (Both Waltons shops, Musicmaker, Musician, the place on the quays near O'Connell bridge). Are there any other shops in the Dublin area that may stock these?

Before now I was able to buy them in Musician, but they've since sold out. I can't find them on strings.ie either.

Perhaps somebody could give me some advice on how I could get the same set of strings (in terms of measurements) by buying other brands (I would be willing to purchase 2 packets if necessary)?

I use Saitenkatalog.de for my strings, they have that set you're looking for also.

    http://saitenkatalog.de/shop1/product_info.php/products_id/9189?osCsid=0b815c0fdba4e03d8054bfb2bc9890d3

It works out as €36 shipped for one set. Cheaper for more obviously. The strings are sent by DHL and generally take a few days only, they come from Germany.

Thanks for that- I pretty much reckoned I'd end up having to order them in from somewhere.

I get my strings from www.lordofthestrings.com They have a great selection. I'm sure they'll have what you want.

I ordered some from stringsandbeyond.com maybe 6 months ago, the dollar's weak & all that so it works out well even with shipping.

(I also ordered 10 ft & 15ft leads from them at the time - they had run out of the 15ft one after I'd placed the order so they gave me a 20ft one instead for no extra charge, which was nice :) )
