new upc box settings for waterford required

    Hi,
    I was living in Dublin and have just moved back to Waterford. I have the new upc (Pace) decoder box. In dublin it worked fine but I plugged it in my parents house and I get no signal message on the tv. The ntl/upc signal in the house is fine as my parents have the old ntl box but just not the sports etc. I was wondering if anyone had the correct settings for Waterford as in the config page there are regional settings, frequency, qam settings etc.

    Wont work, the smart card in the box is paired to the upc network, so will work in Dublin, but not waterford or galway.

    Also the boxes are property of upc, so taking it to waterford is kind of stealing....

    Contact UPC and they will sort you out.

    Indeed, legally the box is property of UPC and you can't use it with another subcriber's account without premission.
