Professional and personal colour developing in Ireland?

A slightly problematic project arrived on desk this morning (well a phone call at my table while having lunch at home).
I often get a bit of work doing nude portraits and sexually explicit photo shoots for couples and individuals. In Ireland I only take B&W for such projects as I can have them developed on-site, at time of taking, therefore the client leaves with all photos and negatives on the day of taking knowing that only myself and trusted assistant have seen the contents.
However a couple with a very set agenda want colour photos taken. I have taken colour many times for this type of project however it was in Tel-Aviv where my extended family ran a developing shop, therefore I was able to provide the same personal service with the same assurance of privacy and quality. I have no such contacts in Ireland.
Does anybody know where photographs of such a private nature can be developed with professional quality and confidence? Preferably in Ireland. The budget could stretch to an overnight stay in europe but I really don't fancy it and nor does the client. Posting is out of the question. I must be with film through whole process. The photogragh format will be 35mm film.
