powerscourt house gardens

    Hi all.

    I'm looking for some nice places to take photos off.. (just a hobby not a pro)

    and i see powerscourt gardens and waterfalls... But my question is can you drive all the way to the waterfalls... i seen on this page http://www.goireland.com/wicklow/powerscourt-house-gardens-attraction-gardens-id12115.htm#Location they are 5KM from the gardens... I will be going with someone that cant walk very well and wont be able to walk the 5KM... Can i drive up to them or is walking the only option?

    yo can park within a couple of hundred metres of them, if memory serves - it's a different entrance to the house and gardens.

    As Magic said, the entrance is different. You can not get from the gardens to the waterfall (officially). different entry point and different price to get in.
