As a Chef by trade I have always wanted to go behind the scenes at a top Restaurant to shoot the action, am currently in talks with a Michelin Star Chef who with a bit of luck will allow me to spend some time in his kitchen!

Anybody else got any "Dream assignments" that dont include travelling far or Pamela Anderson!

totally! I want to get onto the runway at an airport at night when it's all lit up. would love to be on the strip of grass just in front of the runway, and capture a big jet landing in front of me. fat chance I'd say, and I haven't asked for permission yet. but worthy of my dreamtime!

First reply and already I have added another one to my list....

Another of mine is to be in a dressing room before a really big match to capture the atmohsphere, have been in this situation without the camera and would love to be there again!

Id love to be in a helicopter at sundown over dublin. That'd be awesome. (Though we're just not guaranteed that kind of weather if I go ahead and book!)

    DodgyKeeper, just for you..

And what you see is only about a quarter of the entire kitchen.
And what a cleaning routine at the end of the night.

It was an intriguing sight to see the work plan for the evening and how everyone in the kitchen played a part.

Another two photos on flickr of chefs and chef in action

Really, I have eaten there and didnt realise the kitchen was so big, Impressive as it is I always preferred working in and would prefer to shoot a smaller more atmohspehic kitchen.

I seen something on another site that used backlighting through steam when the chef's were cooking and it looked sweet. Best of luck with the job
