festival september?

heard something on phantom about a festival thats on from the 5th-7th of september this year, i think it was in Clare but i cant remember what it was called. anyone know? they said it got festival of the year 2007 aswell.

It was probably Cois Fharraige, the surf and music festival. Sound right?
