Anybody ever flown to Canada with these?
    What are the planes like?
What kind of entertainment do they provide.
The website doesn't give much details.

    Thanks

Do a search for them here on boards.ie, there was thread about a year ago with loads of horror stories, and a link to a site with even more horror stories

Ancient Chinese curse - "May you live in interesting times".

Avoid them like the plague - it sounds like flying with them would be very
    "interesting".

Doesn't appear to have improved all that much either.. http://www.airlinequality.com/Forum/flygspan.htm

With what I read on other travel/aviation forums, I'd probably chew my own leg off before choosing to travel with that lot.

Dont mind the naysayers. They had a bit of a cock up a year ago when a plane broke down and a whole load of passengers got stranded. The way the company treated them was less than standard (they had no reps on the ground) and it pissed off alot of ppl.

Since then Ive not heard a peep about bad service from them, a mate flew with them a few months ago and said it was a basic transatlantic flight which he found to be a bargain for the price. There are no frills but they get you there on time for a low fare. Cant really ask for more unless you want to fly one of the big boys and pay a hefty premium for a TV in front of your seat and all the other unnecessary's that jack up the cost of flying.

Incorrect. That was only one of an ongoing series of crap performances Flyglobespan have managed (and I use that word loosely) to create for themselves.

    Thanks for the replies.
Might look at a different airline for the journey.
    Cheers.
