Durable Headphones

Can anyone recommend a pair of headphones that won't break incredibly quickly?

When I buy a pair of headphones they last maximum 3 months. The most Ive spent has been about 50quid on a pair of sony fontopias, but I have bought a lot of crap headphones too that last just as long. My current pair (which I love) are Sennheiser px100s.

But now they've started breaking, i have to twiddle with the cable at the jack end to get sound out of both headphones(ie move and hold the cable with my hand till sound comes out of both headphones). This problem has plagued pretty much most of the headphones I've bought and I'm a bit sick of it.

I do try to mind my headphones, I used the case that comes with the px100s, I mainly bought them because it would force me to mind them.

Can anyone recommend (a)bluetooth headphones that don't suck
    (b) sturdy headphones (c) crappy cheap headphones that have decent quality so it won't suck as much when they break, which they will, for no reason.....

    It's much appreciated.
