    which would ye suggest?
i prob wont get either for about a year ago cos i'm not that much of a phone person, more clothes for me really

i was thinking would it be pointless getting the iphone when i already have a 60gb creative zen, a 4gb ipod nano and an ipod shuffle?

and i cant get broadband let alone wireless one where i live?

Why bother post if that's all you're going to say????

What do you want the phone for then? is it more for the style or are there functions on either that appeal to you? Like the internet or camera?

neither of those 2 are known for their "defo good camera"... And who plans buying a phone a year in advance? If you are looking at 2 "in" phones now, won't you be looking at 2 "in" phones in a year? And btw, what network are you on? The internet's not necessarily expensive anymore!

What he actually wrote was "I prob (sic) won't get one for about a year ago" -so that's OK then. He also attested to not having broadband or wireless.

I'm convinced it must be Bruno :-)

cause you can't do that to an n95???
    I'm teasing - sorry!
    Dear op,
you really don't know what you want!? What phone are you currently using - or do you not yet know what you'll be using until a year ago? What do you like/dislike about it? You suggest 2 phones that only have the touchscreen in common, and don't stand out re. the one feature you seem to care about - the camera... What do you want us to "suggest"?

oh god never mind then, lol
lol i just thought the armani one looked pretty and the iphone is popular but OMG looked up the iphone and the tarrifs are sooo bad, like 45 euro a month for 100 texts and 170 minutes, no carry over, come on! i could send 100 texts in a day or two???

and to culabula i am a girl btw, lol, i'm only young dont be mean:L

Anyone would want to be mad to pay iphone tariffs with O2.

Jailbreak and unlock ftw! Infact, an unjailbroken iphone would be fairly average tbh!

but when its unlocked can you use payg with any network?

All except three: as it's a UMTS network it won't work in the current 2.5G iPhone.

I notice from another thread that you appear to have the 3 datamodem?

Because you appeared to indicate that you had no access to broadband or wifi in your original post. In fact you do.....simply share your connection from your lap/desktop and you have your own private wifi network.

Sign up with Meteor, O2 or Vodafone. PAYG or post-pay. Then log in to their respective website and create your own account. Voodoo and Meteor give you 300 free ones to national numbers only, while O2 Ireland give you 250 to national AND international numbers. Go over 250 and the next ones come out of your bundle.

oh yeah that, oh i have that with meteor yeah, tbh actually i dont text as much as i used to cos this year, transition year like im always on the internet so msn is great like
