Turning off your PSU after use??

Hi, I've noticed that on my computer when I power it off the motherboard remains powered until I switch the psu off.. Is it ok to leave it like this all the time or should I turn the PSU off when I am finished with the computer for the day say?

leave it on. nobody ever turns it off...trust me

It is fine to leave the PSU switched on as far as I know, never knew of anyone who turned it off unless you were going to work on the machine.
