    Yes they will clean your sensor for free..

    I dropped in a lens and body. For cleaning and service (just a check over). The sensor doesn't need cleaning but no harm having it done.

    They're busy though.

    Out of curiosity, what did they define as a professional DSLR for the complimentary servicing?

    To be honest, I'm not sure.

    Canon define professional as xxD and xD models (10D,20D,30D,40D,5D, 1D)

    You could always give ISS a call and check.
