If you do come across some VW enthusiast that will offer to do it they may not be covered by insurance. Most insurance policies do not cover for hire or reward.

I'm reasonably sure there's one for rent in Tallow, Co. Waterford. I know someone who used it for a wedding and it was still there last time I passed the place.
