Howdy all.
Right, I'd tickets for tonights gig at the Ambassador, but the gig was cancelled there the other day because one of them broke his leg, or that. Just want to know what the proceedure is for getting my money back. Can I turn up to the box office and get my money back tonight?

I'm heading to the US soon and chances are I wont be here for the rescheduled gig, so I want the money. (I'm entitled to the money as the agreement when buying tickets is that youre paying to see the band on a certain date, not just to see them).

Anyway, do I need to go to Ticketmaster or the Box Office?
