By far the worst character in the game IMO, just came across as a cartoon character while all the other characters had more of a real-life(beliveable) feel to them.

Was thinking again during this addition.... i wonder do they base the characters appearances on real-life people??.
Wonder are there any real-life CJ's or Niko's walking around somwhere?
