I think the sun should be fully behind the buildings.
It looks like a mini shuttle is being launched off the top of the Customs House.

    Howdy.
Right, well first off I'll admit I know very little about the workings of HDR, but I have seen it done VEEERY badly on flickr. This however, I think is not over cooked. It's sharp as a pin, but there's no dodgy halos or such. Well done on that! It looks like a really professional job, as far as I can see.

The only thing I have against this great pic is the Sun. Really it's a fantastically beautiful shot that is quite calm and soothing, but the sun's a real joy-killer! :)

Other that that it's a fantastically elegant picture. The Liffey looks great, the Spire seems delecate in that light, the cloud formation is lovely and he reflections on the railing on the left are lovely.

It'd have been intresting to see what it'd look like it the sun was tucked nicely behind the dome in the building. The colours would be different granted, but it would have had no flaw then.

    Nice work!

    Its Bertie's secret escape plan!

I'm not keen on the shot TBH.

Youve obviously went to a lot of work taking the multiple exposures and putting it all together...and i commend you for that.
But please, never let post proccessing get in the way of good composition.

On the middle LHS there seems to be a white light source, it looks a bit wrong
but other than that it looks pretty cool

I agree with the others about the positioning of the sun, but I think the HDR is well done.

I'd be curious to see a non-HDR version of this. You've lined up 3 very recognisable Dublin landmarks which might look good in silhouette.

Nicely positioned shot in my opinion. I think you could have taken this shot without HDR... Theirs not that much detail being brought out in the buildings, bridges or the wall on the left. Also the yellow shimmer around the pure white sun is too much for me.

Keep em coming though - HDR is very tough to get right and it takes a lot of practice :)
