An approved grant is valid for 12 months

Click on the link below, and you will find the same link on SEI's page, choose the save option, and print from your PC
The postal address you need to sent your applcation to is on the form.

Registered Installers List

**IMPORTANT** If you are approved for a grant under Phase 2, you must use an approved Installer from this list, this is the current updated regularly list of phase 2 installers. Phase 1 installers are not on this list and will need to be registered again to be on the phase 2 list.
