I knew someone who worked there a good while ago. She liked it.
They liked her and she could have stayed if she wanted to.
She went back home to start a course. But they really appreciate
    good people.

    good luck.

From what I remember hearing from the guys working up in Swords a couple of years ago it was 70ish people starting and 5 left after two months. They also had atrocious salaries (below 20k, think it was 17.5k) but had a bonus system (which required unpaid overtime to pay out). It all depends on where and what you end up doing though.

Please note this is all second hand information from people I've interviewed/spoken with though and they had no reason to glorify the job.

    i worked there from october 2003 - march 2004
i pretty much hated it, altho it was fairly easy like (money was TERRIBLE)
it was a good place to start if you havent gone to college or if you dropped out and want to end up in office type work i guess
i ended up doin a few other things since based on the little experience i got there and now work as an account manager in a i.t company

Sounds as you would be in charge of the car park, cleaning them, having them ready, sign the papers when they return etc. I'd check where it is to make sure you can get there if there is no public transport etc. Also expect to be asked to sell extra insurances when handing over the cars (only a guess).

I would not count on that it will extend beyond the summer months but you never know, depends on how many leaves etc.
