Try Madra - they have an ad in the dogs lost/found section of the Advertiser each week.

That's where our fella came from (in a convoluted way), and their dogs have their shots, are neutered, chipped, and, at least in the case of our guy, are of a pleasant disposition.

They, however, will interview you to see that you and where you live are suitable for a dog!
