    Bought a bottle of this and have to say I'm mightly impresssed - would give a grey goose a run for it's money !

    I have to say the nicest bottle of vodka I've tasted recently out of Absolute, Smirnoff, Stoli and Ketel One was by far the Ketel One.

    Haven't seen it in any of the multiples except Superquinn. But hopefully these decent premium vodkas coming into the market will eat into Diageo (Smirnoffs) unfair lions share of the vodka market. I would say the people in James' Gate are worried.

    Ketel One is dutch.

    I tasted the russian standard platinum just yesterday, €17 for a litre including the duty in Hamburg airport and a free set of branded shot glasses thrown in. Prices were very good, litre of barcardi oro(gold), black or superior (white) were all €11.90. And since duty was included I was not limited to just a few bottles, the savings I made on my 7 bottles more than covered my flight costs.
