Just got back from Aldi in Arklow, several good running tops @ €7, various bike tops/shorts, and a great 3 layer waterproof jacket (that apparently is a North Face Venture Waterproof Jacket but re-badged with the Crane label) for €50. Lots of pumps, kits, saddles etc at nice prices too. Most of the stuff seems to be getting the thumbs up from a quick google.

Don't get the yellow running top, it looks gross when it goes see-through with sweat! Picked up a pair of long running tighty things - but i won't be using them till winter.

The cycling gear - the short sleeved tops are thinner material than tops i bought previous years, not a problem in this weather,- and after going through the wash the line of the zip seems to be a bit bandy - it all fits ok though.

Fingerless gloves are good - have the winter version and i'm happy with them too.

    Happy with the Gilet too.
