Garden tree identification

Can anyone identify the garden tree shown here ?
It's pinnate leave structure and the way the leaves are beginning to
bud looks very like what is seen on a mature ash tree (fraxinus
excelsior, common ash rather than rowan/mountain ash).

However, it's bark is quite distinctive (yellowy orange and smooth).

I've attached a photo taken with my camera phone

Definitely an ash, probably a cultivar such as "Fraxinus excelsior 'Aurea'", the
    Yellow European ash.

PS; this probably should have been posted into the gardening forurm rather than the DIY.
