Fresh install - Won't read video controller.

I found a driver for the sound, which also was not working. I tried a few drivers last night, but none of them would install. XP SP2, updated to SP3 when I went updated. I've attached two screen shots from DriverGuide scan.

Is the video controller integrated (on-board)? If so, then you could look up the motherboard manufacturer with the model number and get it there.

Does that involve opening up the pc?
It's not mine, so I don't want to screw around too much.

As far as I know, it is integrated.
