    Tickets being held at the Box Office can only be retrieved by the card holder with the original credit card used for this purchase. Please also bring your booking confirmation number.

    Gigs tom and i ordered over the weekend, wheres the box office? do they mean their outlets that close at 6?

    I'd imagine it is the box office of whichever venue the event is being held in

    Should just be the venue, I know it is for Tripod anyway, haven't tried anywhere else.

    Ring ahead and ask.

    Aye, the box office at the tripod is the counter as you walk in the door,
    They'll have your tickets waiting for you there.
