Upgrading speakeasy

    Has anyone upgraded their speakeasy phone with o2 recently? I've gotten 2 different reports of how the "free" credit works (from 2 official o2 shops) and I'd like to know which is correct.

    You get e50 euro credit, e10 per month for 5 months. But only if you top up by at least e20 during that month. That's fine, but where the statements differ is what happens if you don't top up by e20 during a month. One guy told me it's gone for that month, one guy told me that I'd get it the next month I topped up.

    So say I buy a phone today, there's a tenner a month for June, July, Aug, Sept, and Oct. Now if I miss July, is it gone forever, or does it become June, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, assuming I top up in those 5 months? Anyone know?

    Its gone forever
    Happened me with an upgrade and missed 2 months and they were wiped off
