    Does anybody know what this place in Carrick is like?

    What sort of crowd goes here, how big is the gym etc....

    grand gym!!

    segmented into a fiitness room full of treadmills and rowing machine stairmasters, bikes etc

    then weights

    swimming pool is grand!!

    its a grand place!!i go every monday and wednesday!!

    its cheap, clean and friendly and next door for me!!:P
