Just in case Nicky Power decides to start a thread, I though it get my retaliation in first , I owe him $10 for a pool game in Vegas. I have tried several times to give it to him but he will not accept, please don't listen to him when he says I'm a welcher (like Cardshark).

lol i remember this, you didn't even have $10 to give him, you only had like $4 on you and nicky said not to worry about it. You shouldn't make a bet if you're too poor to pay up if you lose imo.

How could you forget I spent my last $1000 on paying your sportsbook bets and getting a taxi in and out of the Strip, hadnt been able to get any more out of the ATM that day.

Joe has decided he can now pay this debt owed to Nicky due to the weakening dollar vs the euro. That is of course if Nicky will accept the € payment as opposed to $ payment.
