i'm in the middle of my exams in ce2 at the moment. i'd recommend it to people. the lecturers are all pretty good and the facilities are good. you get to do a lot of practical stuff in land surveying and materials. i'm not too sure what the cem course is about just in case thats what you were inquiring about.
