eh no then you would have a firearm ,not an aeg ,why would you want something above the maxium limit in the first place,

its possible over 1.52 joule afaik but you need to have a serial number on the gun and wouldnt be able to skirmish with it

as far as im aware you would need a serial number to get a license (*althought some have said they is wrong in the past ) but if you could i would not want to see this happen for the good of airsoft just image in games with half the people with <1j and have the people with >1j

    Edit : to slow :)

1j limit is fine for most skirmishes but a sniper needs to have higher velocity in order to be effective imo or an outdoor skirmish with an enforced bangkill range. paintball markers arnt that hard to get and they fire over 12j and most dont have a serial number.

I'm sure you could, unfortunately it would then be classified as a firearm and should you shoot somebody with it or discharge it in public you would be liable to face the relevant charges.

you wont be allowed to use it at at a site anyway, so it'll be useless to you

There no discussion of firearms here, this has been covered before as well.
