    Hey, this isn't a thread about what its like to work there or anything. Just wondering if anyones had an interview for the summer work yet. I got a letter saying I was in the top group and they'd contact me in the next few weeks. That was 6 weeks ago, should I just give up hope or are they really just THAT slow?

    Was that from publicjobs.ie or one of the Departments themselves?

    It is quite late but don't give up hope. I'd be inclined to ring too. I know a lot of Depts. have already interviewed and made offers as the term time people (whose absences you'd be covering) will be starting to head off in a few weeks.

    Thanks for the replies, I rang them last week just to kinda get a rough idea of when the interviews might be and they said that the letters with the time and dates for the interviews had been sent out, that was about 11 or 12 days ago so I'll probably just ring again I suppose, thanks for the help.
