    9 teams have done it.
Man. Utd. have done it more than any other team.
5 teams have done it twice.
2 teams have done it twice in consecutive seasons.
The first team to do it has since been relegated.
Liverpool haven't done it before but might do it this season.

What the hell am I on about? (more clues to follow if needed)

Is it the Premier League/FA Cup double?

I should say 9 different clubs have done it so nope. Not the double.

No but it has to be done every year by definition. It's possible for two teams to share the honour in the same season but that hasn't happened yet AFAIK.

    Reading have even done it.

Is it the UEFA fair play award? Not sure if that's the exact name but something similar. You get it for having an outstanding disciplinary record.

I remember Ipswich won it and got relegated

Nope but while we're on the subject of Ipswich, they were on the wrong end of this achievement once.

I should really point out that you're all probably going to want to kill me when the answer is finally revealed.

So Middlesborough swooped in to get the best home win of the season by thrashing City. Xavi won't be best pleased.
