Put in application today for north dublin (fingal area). Just wondering if anyone could tell me how long might I be waiting and do you have any advice?? Is there any nice new developments coming up. Cheers

My question would be if there still in value in that scheme given the downturn in house prices?

I dont know anything about them, and dont qualify for them for several reasons - but given things are a large chunk cheaper these days. You may may 10k or something more for a 'real' place and have no clawback...
