New Sky+ box faulty?

    Hi,

    Anyone able to shine some light on this problem? I checked my planner this evening and found 2 failed recordings. Then was watching TV this evening and the box just shut itself off and wouldn't turn back on for about 5 minutes. When it did turn back on it was set to channel 998 (as if it had been unplugged then plugged back in). I forgot to check the info on the failed recordings before I deleted them so no info there.

    The box is less than a month old - is there anything I can do or should I call Sky?
