Reinstalling XP Media Centre (DELL PC)

    I got a DELL XP MCE PC in Dec '06. Its fairly slow booting up now and I want to reinstall the OS. I got a CD off DELL which doesn't seem to be the OS CD but seems to be a system recovery CD (I'm in work now so it mightn't be called that exactly). It has the OEM license key on it though.

    Can I reinstall the OS with this CD or do I need to contact DELL.
