Young adults in Europe deliberately binge on drink and drugs to improve their sex lives, research suggests.
Jaysus, you think? To think some bunch of propeller heads got money to do this research. What next? "research proves that 99.999999999999 people agree the sky is blue". :D

No doubt the next research topic will be on the effect of beer goggles .

I read a brief article about a study which had proved that there is more pressure on a penalty taker during a big game, such as a world cup final, than in a normal game such as a friendly...

Early use of alcohol and other drugs was closely linked to having sex under the age of 16 years, in all countries, especially in girls.

Where else would most guys have sex?

The sky isn't blue :pac: Just light scattering through nitrogen and ozone and having all the frequencies absorbed except blue. :pac::pac::pac:

Although bizarrely the formula doesn't use distance even though it's included in the key below.

    Hey, 2005, you made a mistake1

I think we should research a way to waste research money.

Clearly, you would need to carry out a feasability study first, to ensure due diligence, cost control and prudent use of resources. This would involve some break-out sessions, brainstorming, whiteboarding, market research and naturally a phased and progressive series of pilot studies in the various demographics.

    I'm in ...

It would need pie charts as well, lots and lots of pie charts.

Yaah ... needs pie charts, data flow diagrams, fishbone diagrams, spider diagrams, full colour hierarchical nested mind maps, death by powerpoint, slide handouts and a theme tune.

I suggest the music from Airwolf as the theme tune ... or maybe The A-Team.

It's still not as much money spend on researching fecking beauty products, oh for a world when all the cosmetic company's are made turn over their rescouces for 3 years for some thing useful like a cure for leukaemia.

Well, I read about a study done by Washington State University over a 2-year period for $150,000 USD that measured the amount of methane gas emitted by belching cows, in terms of how that contributed to the Greenhouse Effect. When I first read it, I laughed, cause they were missing another important source of methane at the other end of the cow?

Did they ever prove the whole buttered toast debacle?

Mythbusters disproved it, but i'm not sure their approach was expensive enough to count in this context.
