Ok so just bought a wii on adverts and it can with a few games:

    No more Heroes
    Mario kart
    Metroid Prime
    Resident Evil The Umbrella Chronicles
    Pro Evo 2008
    Wii Play
    and Wii Sports

Now of them I'd only be interested in holding onto Mario kart, Wii Play and Wii Sports. I'm big into comics (especially Marvel) and am wondering what games are out there? I'm into ghosties etc too so anything along those lines would be great.

I must point out that I havent owned a console since my original playstation!

    Cheers.

Also, any know if Ghostbusters is gonna come out for the wii?

For a few on here you already have games which are the starting point of a must have list for the Wii.

I'd add Zack & Wiki, Super Paper Mario and Legend of Zelda: Twilight princess.

I've only tried wii play & sports so far so I guess I should try the others out.

Without having played games for the last few years I'd be looking at the likes of Iron Man, & the new HUlk game (upcoming) and games like Spider-Man (any of them) and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. Anyone got any feedback on them?

Spiderman 3 is good on the wii. throwing web when swinging is done by twitching the wimote and nunchuck. I got transformers and its great playing as transformers but the controls are a pain. loads of times i ended up looking up in the sky while getting the head boxed off me.

super hero games are always good cause you get to play as the hero but they are never super quality games.

See I'm not sure how much I'd notice a lack of quality (within reason) as I'd tend to get caught up in the game.

I'm gonna hold out for the New Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Iron Man and the New Hulk games. Now all I have to do is find a shop that has Endless Ocean to keep my wife happy!

Yep, you can pre-order it ..

Rumours are that the nintendo ds can be used with the Wii version as a PKE meter like the boys in the movie...
