In reply to the queries above,

Four Of a kind satellite I Got my dates mixed up have edited and corrected above now ,

Payout , For every $13k we will be having 1 x wsop package, we are gauranteeing two but hopefully there will be three.

After this there is the 5 x added free packages ($1250) for the Killarney Poker festival and the €350 ticket (added free) for four of a kind WSOPsatellite

Do you have to take a package
We do want all our satellites to be for the event so we dont offer a cash alternative , however in the case of the wsop they wont accept third party registrations so what we will do is we will book your flight and give you the money to register. For example from our last satellite both lads are going one playing the main event the other lad decided to play two smaller events

hey Caroline.. are the wsop packages through ladbrokes and therefore you wont be givin the 10k in cash to enter? i might play this but if i make the final table i'll have to bust myself out cause i'm under 21

Hi,

It's a one night event at the moment. If the final table is on very late (early?) then we can look at bringing people back the next day if everyone agrees.

The WSOP packages are not Ladbrokes packages. The packages are non-refundable but if it's case that you won a package and you are under-21 then maybe something can be sorted.
Don't quote me on anything yet as I'll need to speak to Fintan regarding that point before I can say anything for definate.

If anyone under 21 wins a WSOP package then alternate arrangements will be made. BUT, no exchanges/substitutes will be given for someone eligible to play in the WSOP. It is a satellite for the WSOP main event after all and we want to send people genuinley interested in playing it over to Vegas.
We have some good tournaments for anyone wishing to get a cash prize but this tournament is a satellite. There are some great guarantees and added prizes to this event and is well worth playing.

3 of us going up going up from Killarney and I know Nicky Power and Pat Storan are making their way from Waterford.

I'll be surprised if this doesnt get a crowd. With over €4,000 of added prizes and a reg fee of 7.5%, it would make you wonder what does an operator have to do to attract the poker public?

There's a lot of interest in this tournament and it seems there's a few travelling to it as well. It would be great to get three WSOP packages out of it. As pointed out before there's a lot of added value from ladbrokes. Five packages to Killarney which will be a great tournament as well.

Also, nothing to do with the tournament, but kudos on that website! By far the best I've seen for a casino: the Dublin casinos would do well to follow your example of putting up such detailed results.

Yeah-it's a million miles ahead of the rest.

Can never understand why other casinos do not set up results and leagues pages on their websites: if nothing else it produces hits.

Congrats to Ted Mulvany & Bernard Brady who have secured their packages to the WSOP. Well done lads.

Bernard has added the vegas package to the party poker cruise satellite he won here earlier in the year , the satellite king of galway.

A big thank you to Ladbrokes and every one who took part (especially those who travelled big distances) in what was a most enjoyable night. ,

Congrats to the others who cashed , we will post full results later today on the clubs website (will be much later as sleep is badly required :rolleyes:)

Our next big event will be our race week festival at the end of July details of which we will be posting in the coming weeks.

Just back from this....Beautiful club...great night...worth travelling to...went out just off the monies....those Galway blokes run siiiick good at the moment.......!

Stopped in Eyre square on the way back and dug up a piece of the lucky sod over there...my new card protector....
