A cheap fan

Has anybody come across a cheap fan lately? It can be one on a stand or just a desk one. I know Aldi and Lidl have done them in the past. My room takes the sun for most of the day and it's almost unbearable in here now.

Argos have some - but not sure if they are any good or not!
