Last minute holiday for Mum and friend

Hi - we want to send our Mum (who's a fit 66) on a holiday, ideally to Italy (Tuscany, Sorrento, etc) with her friend. We want something with some sights, some shopping, some good food etc..definitely not a package to Benidorm or the like. Her friend can only get next week off so our departure date has to be Saturday or Sunday this week (10 or 11 May). I looked at thetraveldepartment.ie and some of their tours look ideal, but unfortunately they have nothing departing this weekend. So does anyone know a good travel agent / website that could do an Italian (or possibly French) holiday departing this weekend??? It's a long shot I know!

Thanks for that - looked at that site but they had nothing going on the dates we wanted. We've decided to abort the mission as it was too last minute and would have been rushed. We're now looking at September and her friend thinks she might work up some extra days and get some time off then.
