Efr Training Camp-august

We will be holding our first EFR training camp in August (date to be confirmed) This will run from friday to sunday There will be only 15 places available and will be run at the EFR gym in Antrim at shanes castle estate ,this camp will take in all areas of MMA and we'll have a little fun paintballing as well I wil put up…
