Is there much interest in the underage levels? Best of luck with it.

We have only had a handful of kids down,so it has been put on hold for the moment. We are going to try(hopefully) to link the league team to our union team and hence promote the underage that way as a way of keeping playing rugby over the summer.

Our senior team hasnt had the best start either. Our 1st 2 games cancelled-Athlone have pulled out of the league, and now so to have Landsdowne apparently as they could not get their players together. Its hard trying to sell this new sport when the fixtures turn out to be such a joke...it happened last year too and we lost some players this season over it who didnt want to come back. When teams have this season and last, failed to come play us, its hard to sell the merits of traveling 3.5 hours down to Galway when we are not even sure they will have a team to put out this sat!

Any others playing this year having similar issues?
