    sounds rough !

    can you find out the name of the wood pellet stove - and who sells it . they should be able to help find some one to install it

    we can't give legal advice here - but gather any paperwork / agreements you have together on your ex plumber .

    sounds like you were badly let down .

    Oops sorry, deleted my original post, basically its a new build, I am hoping to install a solid fuel stove with back boiler but have had conflicting reports as to whether it will be compatible with the plastic piping and 500Ltr dual coil combi cyclindar that was installed.
