such a nice day and I happened to have my G9 in the car(whaich is what it was bought for, but the first time it's been used :D). Took these on a little path that runs through a wood around the back of my workplace...

I really like the first one,the soft blue tone and the intricate design of the plant creates an almost soothing image. The flowers in the second shot look almost unnatural, almost like plastic which kind of ruins the shot for me.I'd like to see a tighter crop of the third one, getting rid of the space above and to the right of the flower. This way the flowers at the edge of the image would be pointing to the bottom left at the almost magical colours of the out of focus area(if that makes sense...)The fourth one is very nice again, lovely composition and you've got the lighting just right.Nice work, the G9 seems like a great camera for it's size.

1st and last are my favourite both really nice to look at. Out of 2 & 3.. 2 is a little dark and 3 is nice aswell. Is this G9 a point and shoot camera?

Whatever it is I like it! Makes me want to take pictures but my poor camera is dead have to get her fixed soon!

@dazftw: yes the G9 is a point and shoot, albeit at the upper end of the P&S scale.
