    If you go to http://wicklow.ie/ePlan4/FileRefDetails.aspx?file_number=08178&LASiteID=0 and download the DJVU viewer you can see the drawings... click on view scanned files and then click next to see other drawings and documents (not easy to navigate around but found them eventually)...looks a bit of a mish-mash in my opinion, so next is the approval of the management company.

    I thought that when Wicklow CoCo went to view an extension built in the Park they claimed it was out of their jurisdiction?

    I think in that case it was below the size limit for planning permission.

    It wasn`t an extension - it was a large shed. Anyone know what happened with that ?- it was planning exempt, but the mgmt co were taking them to court anyway.

    If there is possible legal action regarding this extension, then it's best not to discuss it here until it's all settled.
