    HI,
For a rent a room, does the tenant just fill out the Rent 1 - Claim for Rent Relief for Private Rent Accomodation form?
Sorry just a bit confused, it seems the same form is filled out with the same information regardless if the tenant is doing rent a room, or rent the entire appartment?
    Thanks
    Tim

    I believe so, yes.
Regardless of whether tis' a rent-a-room or full tenancy, the landlord should have the rent registered with the revenue
