I always thought that the first one has been made by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in 1826 with exposure about 8 hours...

Be careful what you ask for. The oldest risqué photos that I'm personally aware of are a very large collection of female nude studies from Paris that are dated to the 1860's and 70's.

Actual organized distribution of photographic pornography didn't come about until the early 1900's.
