O2 brought something similar in when I was just leaving the company so I would say 3 can too. Any 3 people around?

Not sure if it helps but I had to ring CC when i was in holland to get credit as they dont have it over. If you are stuck ring and topup using laser/credit card

Couldn't top up a 3 UK mobile over here with a 3 IRL voucher, or even in a 3 IRL shop.
