    Saturday 21st of June
The Saturday sessions will be run by UFC and Cage Rage Veteran Leigh Remedios! This will be Leigh's first trip to the West of Ireland and Leigh, having fought at the top level for many years he has lots to pass on.
The day will be broken up into two sessions

    12pm - 1pm Break for lunch
    1pm - 3pm Session 2
    3pm Q and A with Leigh

Ah I just noticed I omitted it from the original post - John Kavanagh is running the testing and the session on the Friday night.

Having trained with Leigh and been to one of the previous MMA camps, I can safely say this will be awesome. Can't afford it this time Mark, but I'm sure you won't have any problems filling her up. Leigh is a great instructor.

That's a pity I was just preparing to laminate another tenner :)

Ah balls. I still have it.. My little brother tried to steal it on me, but he couldn't get it out of the lamination lol so he gave it back to me.

Too many bills to clear this summer.. so unfortunately, I'm as broke as humpty dumpty. best of luck with it!

Camp is now three quarters full so if you are thinking about coming down let me know. Apologies to anyone missing out on the Westlife Concert in the Pearse stadium that weekend over this :)

Leight will be covering crashing in and takedowns in his morning session, some tactics for using the fence to your advantage in there too.
The Afternoons session will be Ground and Pound and Leigh has promised to sprinkle in some of his own favourite strategies too, not to be missed!

Leigh is an awesome instructor. very technical explanations when going over submissions, lol, as far as ground and pound goes expect a lot of his sentences to end with "bash his head in"

just a heads up, he usually reccomends anyone training with him to bring a notepad.
Best of luck with the weekend mark

Also = Leigh's wrestling is extremely good for a brit, considering they don't have a wrestling programme in schools.
